To our loyal and valued customers,
Due to delays and irregularities in shipping through Canada Post, Jeff and I are sorry to inform you that we cannot ship your orders in a timely manner. We do not want you to receive daylily stock that is no longer viable because it has sat in a Canada Post warehouse for an over- extended period of time.
Because of our concern with shipping delays, we offer the following four options for you to choose from regarding your order. Please choose the one which suits your needs and let us know as soon as you are able to do so.
Option #1: Wait until after the back-log of parcels at Canada Post has cleared to receive your order – no later than the mid to end of July.
Option #2: If possible, come to the farm in person or ask a friend to pick up your order. Shipping charges will be refunded.
Option #3: Receive a complete refund for your order.
Option #4: Keep your order ‘on hold’ and receive your daylilies at the earliest possible time in 2021 along with 2 – 4 gift plants (our choice) for your trust and patience.
We are truly sorry that we are unable to fulfill the orders as expected.
